Pay Rates: $17.00
Shift: 2:00pm-12:30am
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to produce high-quality chocolates, candies, and confections according to Malley's Chocolates standards, while maintaining appropriate number of batches per shift.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, tempering machines, kettles, stoves, lifts etc. with precision and in a safe manner.
- Monitor cooking processes and adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
