Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

ResourceMFG is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a large company in Bloomington, IN.

The warehouse associate will have a variety of knowledge in a warehouse setting from picking and packing using a scanner to shipping and receiving. This position requires at least 6 months of experience using the sit down gas forklift in the last two years. Operating a forklift will only account to about 20% of your job duties. 

Shift: 1st – 7am to 4pm 

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $17 per hour

 Skills and Competencies:

• Team player and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
• Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support of one function within the Warehouse department (ex. Shipping, Receiving, etc.). Transport/staging of product. Maintain work and product store areas. Other duties as assigned.
• This job has a possibility of conversion to full time based on attendance and job performance.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in a warehouse is required.
• 6 months in the last 2 years operating a sit down gas forklift. 
• Must know how to use a hand scanner
• Receiving experience a plus
