Job Opening: Production Team Member

ResourceMFG is hiring immediately?for Production Workers at a top client in Tullahoma.

We are hiring immediately for the following shifts: 

• 2nd shift and 3rd shift

Work schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday – Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday night- Thursday night

• This is a?full time; temp to hire production position?based on attendance and work performance 

Manufacturing Worker Job Duties: 

• Inspecting- Making sure the Styrofoam does not have excess material
• Packing- Pulling parts from the conveyor belts and packing them for shipments
• Inspect part for defects
• Follow written and verbal instruction  

• Experience working in manufacturing setting for at least 6 months
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow operating instructions as outlined.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility
