Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders from entry through production and shipment. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and order coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication via phone and email
• Enter and track orders through the internal order management system
• Understand and communicate production workflow (order entry, prepress, print, finishing, shipping)
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
• Process spec sheets for standard printed products (bulletins, posters, transit items)
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Prepress, Production, and Accounting
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with coworkers across all departments
