Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $22-$25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Location: Littleton, CO
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Manufacture custom screen doors according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble screen door components.
• Operate hand tools and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, nail guns, and related equipment.
• Use a tape measure with precision to ensure all materials are cut to exact dimensions.
• Safely operate a miter saw to cut framing materials (experience strongly preferred).
• Install screen material and ensure proper tension, alignment, and fit.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability before delivery or installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety protocols and equipment guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and material organization as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or a similar hands-on trade preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including nail guns, drills, and saws.
• Miter saw experience is a strong plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn specialized skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
