Mill Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate machines that process and package food products
• Check processing conditions
• Troubleshoot problems, minor equipment repairs
• Install, adjust, and unlock machines
• Check products to ensure compliance with current standards
• Keep production records
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
