?? Assembly Technician – Durham, NC

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or 4:30pm with OT)

Pay Rate: $18.50+ DOE

Responsibilities of an Assembly Tech

• Perform final assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet customer requirements
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Report equipment or material issues to supervisors promptly
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

• Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
