Job Opening: Assembler Training

All shifts available –

support the manufacturing of automotive lighting components by assembling, inspecting, and testing parts according to established quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, consistent pacing, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assemble, align, and adjust components according to specifications and standardized manufacturing procedures.

• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment to complete production tasks.

• Inspect work for defects at each step, ensuring quality standards and tolerances are met.

• Test and calibrate parts or assemblies as required.

• Maintain accurate daily production records and documentation.

• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.

• Contribute to a team-focused environment by maintaining communication and supporting workflow needs
