Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience using tools and equipment and be able to communicate effectively in English. This position includes assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency. Comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products following detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Use basic tools such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Assist with inventory of parts and supplies as needed
• Support team goals and daily production targets

Qualifications

• Basic experience using tools and equipment (drills, wrenches, measuring devices)
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
