Fabrication Lead/Supervisor

HDPE Pipe Fusion shop in SE Houston is adding a 2nd shift supervisor to develop the 2nd shift team and ensure quality fabrication work.  Strong knowledge of HDPE Pipe or Poly Pipe fitting with regard to 90s, Ts, 45s, etc.

Client is looking for 3 - 5 Years Experience:

• Fabrication or a similar function: 5 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of 90s, Ts, 45s, etc
• Previous experience with poly or HDPE Pipe Fusion HIGHLY Desired
• Supervision/Lead: 2 years’ experience
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team building skills
• Must have the capability to function effectively as a member of a highly motivated management team
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of fabrication blue prints
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Basic Mathematical Skills
