This role is vital to maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the painting process. Ideal candidates bring strong painting skills, work well within a team environment, and consistently uphold high levels of safety and workmanship in a production setting.

Shift: 1st / 2nd 

Schedule: Monday – Friday some Saturday’s

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and apply paint to various surfaces using pressure pots and conventional spray equipment

• Utilize knowledge of metal finishing to properly prepare surfaces before painting

• Perform accurate paint thickness measurements to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Safely handle, store, and maintain paint materials and related supplies

• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are readily available for production need

Requirements:

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure to support surface measurements and proper paint application

• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and high-quality finishes

• Solid understanding of safety protocols, including correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the ability to work safely while mixing paints and operating spray equipment
