Resource MFG is looking for a Machine Operator – $18/hr

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Training Shift: 1st Shift – 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
Schedule After Training: 3rd Shift – 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Job Summary

ResourceMFG is seeking reliable and detail-oriented a Machine Operator. This position includes paid training on 1st shift, followed by placement on 3rd shift. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, quality-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performing production environment. Opportunity for growth and advancement of different machines are available.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and department safety practices operating production machinery 
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Adhere to machine safety protocols.
• Safely lift up to 30 lbs.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions to site leadership.

Quality

• Understand and follow all documented procedures and quality standards.
• Self-monitor the quality of your work.
• Notify leadership if quality standards cannot be met.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
