Position: CNC Lathe Operator

Location: Irvine, CA

Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
Document production data and follow quality control procedures
Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues

2–3 years of experience operating CNC lathes (or similar CNC machining equipment)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measuring instruments
Experience with tool offsets, setups, or minor program edits is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment
Reliability and a strong safety mindset
