Position: CNC Lathe Operator
Location: Irvine, CA
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Document production data and follow quality control procedures
- Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues

- 2–3 years of experience operating CNC lathes (or similar CNC machining equipment)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measuring instruments
- Experience with tool offsets, setups, or minor program edits is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment
- Reliability and a strong safety mindset
