Maintenance Mechanic Technician
1st Shift 5am-3:30pm M-Th +OT on Fr-Sa
Pay: $26–$34/hr DOE
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for production equipment. Diagnose issues using schematics, order parts, and install/repair electrical systems and components. Build, test, troubleshoot, and modify electronic parts and panels. Test new equipment and make adjustments. Maintain required records and support safety initiatives. Requires 2–5 years of PLC experience and programming software knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
Ability to perform complex repairs on motors, tools, pneumatics, hydraulics, and equipment tied to PLC systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v and read blueprints/schematics. Complete PMs on equipment such as band saws, iron workers, burn tables, welders, plasma torches, cranes, and forklifts. Maintain facility lighting/fans. Light tack welding (Stick/MIG) a plus. Must follow all safety rules including LOTO and PPE.
Working Conditions:
Full-time hourly role in plant/production areas. May require after-hours/weekend/holiday coverage. Must tolerate temperature extremes and loud environments.
