Job Opening: Process Production Lead

Pay: $30.00 – $32.50 per hour

Shift: 4:00PM to 2:30AM Monday-Thursday with overtime required for Friday and Saturday 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with communicating production requirements.
• Monitor attendance and ensure customer needs are met.
• Set up equipment/welders per WPS; verify pre-heat, joint setup, and weld size per prints/specs. Perform in-process weld checks and adjust tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot across all work centers and coordinate with other departments.
• Repair products by dismantling/reshaping parts.
• Perform visual quality checks and help achieve production schedules efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and power tools. Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Lead/participate in safety meetings. Train and assist co-workers.
• Read fabrication drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
• Follow all safety and company standards. Perform other assigned duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Strong attendance and accountability.
• Able to work unsupervised under pressure.
• Basic facility maintenance skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ heavy manufacturing welding experience.
• Must operate forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment. Able to read blueprints and verify dimensions.
• Basic Microsoft Excel/Word/Office; ability to learn new MRP systems.
