Assembly & Finishing Associates – Fenton, 

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Overtime available:
  • Mon–Fri: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Saturday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Pay Range:
  • $20–$25/hr depending on experience
  • $18/hr for candidates without cabinet/finishing experience (must have shop background)

What You’ll Be Doing

Work involves assembly, finishing, and material preparation across two buildings. Duties may include:

Assembly / Finishing Tasks

• Cabinet assembly and component preparation
• Operating CNC machines for wood and non-wood materials
• Reading a tape measure (required — testing provided)
• Labeling parts before and after cuts
• Moving materials to dowel machines & inserting dowels per instructions
• Installing hardware: drawer slides, handles, hinges, lights
• Plastic laminating
• Staging and organizing daily production orders
• Vertical and horizontal cutting operations (training provided)

Tools & Equipment

• Hand tools, power tools, routers, chop saws, belt sanders
• Hydraulic tables to reduce strain
• Climate-controlled spray booth in finishing area
• All PPE and tools provided
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
• Forklift assistance available; training offered for the right person

 Work Environment

• Commercial manufacturing setting
• Dusty areas and strong smells; must be comfortable with this
• Music played on the production floor
• Eye wash station available
• No lifting over 50 lbs without help
