About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to assemble, program, and test electro-mechanical, opto-mechanical, and optical components used in advanced medical laser console systems. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering high-quality medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble and integrate mechanical, optical, and electronic components.
• Program and configure embedded hardware and firmware.
• Perform functional and diagnostic testing using specialized fixtures and tools.
• Document work performed and test results.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Follow safety, cleanroom, and quality system requirements including GMP and ISO 13485.
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing assembly and testing.
• Skilled with hand tools and mechanical assembly methods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience with optical components and laser safety is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, cleanroom protocols, and ESD procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fine motor tasks for extended periods.
