Job Opening: Lab Technician

The Product Development Lab Technician supports the Product Development team in the formulation, testing, documentation, and scale-up of dietary supplement and functional food products within a cGMP environment. This role performs technical laboratory functions including formulation support, equipment operation, data capture, and pilot-scale execution while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, safety, and documentation standards.Essential functions and responsibilities:•Perform bench-top formulation and sample preparation activities, including weighing, blending, mixing, and executing formulation trials and reformulations under Product Development direction.•Operate and support laboratory and pilot-scale equipment; assist with scale-up and pilot runs by staging materials, documenting process parameters, and supporting knowledge transfer to Operations.•Collect, record, and maintain accurate technical data related to formulation performance, yields, and processing observations using approved systems and documentation practices.•Accurately complete batch records, formulation worksheets, lab notebooks, stability documentation, and technical logs while maintaining version control and data integrity.•Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of ingredients, intermediates, and samples in accordance with cGMP requirements.
