Temp-to-Hire Location: Huntsville, AL

Pay: Starting pay: $33 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7-3

We’re looking for a motivated professional who enjoys electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, interpreting schematics, and building/maintaining high-quality industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Hydraulics Mechanic, you will play a key role in assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting electrical/electronic schematics, blueprints, and hand-drawn sketches
• Routing, installing, and securing electrical wires, harnesses, conduit, and components
• Selecting proper conduit and wire sizes based on electrical load requirements
• Using hand tools and industrial power tools such as conduit benders and threading machines
• Performing testing, diagnostics, and inspections on completed systems and components
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and repairing components as needed
• Documenting all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing guidance to less experienced team members when necessary
• Collaborating with coworkers and customers in a professional, respectful manner
• Supporting additional tasks as assigned to keep operations running smoothly

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• U.S. citizen or legally able to work in the United States
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• 2–4 years of related mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in basic math and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with MS Project preferred
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong organizational habits with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
