Position Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management
• Update and maintain databases with accurate and current information.
• Organize, file, and manage both physical and digital documents.
• Ensure all records are stored securely and are easily accessible when needed.
Correspondence & Documentation
• Prepare, type, and proofread letters, forms, and other office documents.
• Scan, copy, and distribute documents as required.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and document handling.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain orderly filing systems and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software; comfortable using office equipment.
• Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
