Entry-Level Assembler
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Perform basic assembly operations and follow detailed work instructions.
• Assist with testing completed assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Use basic computer skills to clock in/out, assign serial numbers, and print labels in the ERP system.
• Follow company policies, best practices, and production guidelines.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required—training provided.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
Entry-level role assembling and testing air filtration units. Requires ability to follow instructions, work safely, use basic computer skills, and support continuous improvement. Manufacturing experience and HS diploma/GED preferred.
