This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, grind, and deburr fabricated parts from the welding and machine shopWork with large parts and heavy equipment componentsUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow detailed instructions and production processesRead and interpret tape measurements; blueprint reading is a plusMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is requiredComfortable working with large parts and equipmentMechanical aptitude strongly preferredExperience with hand tools and power toolsAbility to follow precise instructionsTape-measure proficiency; blueprint reading experience is a bonus
