Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Description
Work Environment: Onsite office setting in Longmont, Colorado – may allow some remote work This individual will manage customer orders from entry through production and shipment while serving as a primary point of contact for questions, issue resolution, and order coordination. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage customer communication via phone and email • Enter and traffic orders through an internal order management system • Understand and communicate production workflow (order entry, prepress, print, finishing, shipping) • Resolve or escalate customer issues appropriately • Process spec sheets for standard printed products (bulletins, posters, transit items) • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Prepress, Production, Accounting)• Ability to interact professionally and positively with coworkers in all departments. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum 2+ years of customer service, account management, or administrative experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (must be comfortable using formulas, reformatting data, and manipulating spreadsheets) • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written communication skills (grammar and proofreading are critical) • Strong attention to detail and follow-through software systems • Basic math proficiency (percentages, proportions, discounts)
