Job Opening: In Process Inspector

Perform in-process dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts throughout all stages of production.Verify parts against engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, thread gauges, and other shop inspection tools.Document inspection results clearly and accurately in accordance with company procedures.Communicate non-conformances to machinists, supervisors, or quality personnel promptly.Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are identified.Maintain a clean, organized inspection area and ensure tools are properly calibrated and in good working condition.Collaborate with machine operators to ensure parts are produced to specification and assist with first-article inspections when needed.
