POSITION SUMMARY
Title: Customer Service Representative (Account Manager II) Status: Full-Time
Schedule: [MST Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm] Work Environment: Onsite office setting in Longmont, Colorado – may allow some remote work
This individual will manage customer orders from entry through production and shipment while serving as a primary point of contact for questions, issue resolution, and order coordination.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage customer communication via phone and email • Enter and traffic orders through an internal order management system • Understand and communicate production workflow (order entry, prepress, print, finishing, shipping) • Resolve or escalate customer issues appropriately • Process spec sheets for standard printed products (bulletins, posters, transit items) • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Prepress, Production, Accounting)
• Participate in quoting customer requests • Work with outsource vendors when required • Document detailed notes to ensure production accuracy • Identify and suggest process improvements
• Ability to interact professionally and positively with coworkers in all departments.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service, account management, or administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (must be comfortable using formulas, reformatting data, and manipulating spreadsheets)
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written communication skills (grammar and proofreading are critical)
• Ability to multitask and re-prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable learning proprietary software systems
• Basic math proficiency (percentages, proportions, discounts)
