ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Debind process coordinator.
- Load/unload furnace.Sinter process coordinator.
- Load/unload furnace.
- Program Furnace for sinter cycle according to work instructions.
- Load, start and unload debind according to work instructions.
- Perform minor and assist in major repairs as needed.
- Maintain Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Nitric Acid for Furnace area. Responsible for housekeeping in the Furnace area.
- Perform Secondary Operator tasks as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Program sinter/debind cycles.
- Perform off shift and weekend production and sample runs.
