Customer Service Advisor Monday- Friday and Sat as needed 7:30am- 5:30pm 18/hr + depends on experience Responsibilities:Generate new business through cold calling, canvassing, networking, and leveraging territory contacts.Develop and manage client accounts, including following up with past prospects and negotiating pricing within company guidelines. Meet annual sales and gross profit targets for assigned accounts. Assist with collection of past-due balances to ensure timely payments. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing; recommend product and pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness. Initiate and process repair service requests and advise customers on routine maintenance needs. Diagnose mechanical concerns through customer interviews and visual inspections. Communicate inspection results, recommend corrective actions, and prepare detailed work orders and cost estimates. Document issues clearly to support repair accuracy and efficiency. Explain completed work and associated charges to customers. Manage customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Identify specialized product needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including add-on sales opportunities. Keep customers updated on service progress and stay informed on product updates and new offerings.
Maintain adherence to all company safety policies and promptly report any accidents.Perform additional duties as assigned.
