Pay Rate: $20 an hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Core builder to join our manufacturing team in Belmont, MI. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production records and report any defects or issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
