Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Location: Bloomington, MN

Schedule: Mon–Thu 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Pay: $20/hr with increase at conversion

We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team immediately. This role plays an important part in daily operations, supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and scan customer orders; receive and verify incoming shipments; package and label items; assist with inventory control and stock organization; operate a stand-up forklift about 20% of the day; maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory tracking; forklift and RF scanner experience required; reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn; strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
