- Recommend items that fit customer needs
- Build knowledge to upsell and suggest complementary products
Sales & Transactions
- Process purchases accurately using the POS system
- Handle returns, questions, and concerns with care and efficiency
Support Store Activities
- Assist during in-store promotions or marketing events
- Keep the store organized, clean, and customer-ready
