Entry-Level Assembler

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience using tools and equipment. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Use basic tools and equipment such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with inventory of parts and supplies when needed.
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Basic experience using tools such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills 

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly.
