Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

Associate will be expected to:

• Warmly greet and assist customers in-person and via phone.
• Recommend products based on customer preference and needs
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer complaints professionally and with resolution in mind
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical and interior design is desired. Familiarity with Eclipse system also increases eligibility.

Previous customer service experience, flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays

Must have resume with industry experience in work history.
