Job Opening: Executive assistant
Description
· Arranging travel for execs and VIP visitors· Downloading and combining in excel canned reports from software systems· Marketing support – including the willingness to be seen on camera· Preparation and mailing of material samples· Meal ordering for meetings· Conference room clean up and stocking· Expense report preparation Would be 20-24 hours per week and the desired schedule is 4 hours or so each day Monday thru Friday. 9am-1pm possibly later if needed
