We are currently searching for a detail oriented and highly motivated quality inspector to join our team. As the quality inspector, you will uphold the quality policies of our company and provide oversight to ensure that products meet quality standards.

The Quality Inspector performs regular product evaluations, records inspection results, and communicates improvements to the production team. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all requested pallets and trailer loads as required.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read and interpret pallet and load specifications and quality standards.
• Make sure all manifest and loads required are properly audited and initialed.
• Evaluate and ensure that packaging and labeling standards meet requirements.
• Communicate necessary improvements to the DC team supervisor to ensure quality control.
• Document shift performance by completing reports and performance records.
• Support training for Distribution associates on quality standards and policies.
• Coordinate the containment process, with DC supervisor when required
• Support DC when available if requested.
• Help retrieve Manifest/BOL when requested.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Computer skills – MS office, emails, and reports.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good understanding of quality standards, measure and test techniques.
