Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Environment
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour
Assignment Type: Long-term temporary with potential for temp-to-hire, based on business needs and workload
Start Date: Immediate – Early January 2026
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: Typically 6:00 AM – 2:00–2:30 PM (may vary depending on workload, preventive maintenance needs, and special projects)
Please note: This position is not eligible for a 4×10 alternative work schedule.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our dynamic manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, particularly within food or beverage production environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards—including food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain various production and facility systems, including:
• Conveyor systems
• Filling and packaging machinery
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance
• Support special projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
• Perform general facilities maintenance, which may include:
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Other assigned maintenance tasks
• Assist in the design, layout, and implementation of production lines and associated equipment
• Utilize welding (Arc) and basic fabrication skills as needed (preferred but not required

Qualifications
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and regulated production environments is a plus
• Welding and fabrication experience is beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team
