Assembler-Entry Level – 1st & 2nd Shift (Flexible 8-Hour Shifts + Overtime Available)
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift openings (flexible scheduling)
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to doing quality work. In this role, you will learn how to assemble, prepare, and finish components using various tools and techniques. All training is provided, and we offer a supportive environment where new team members can grow and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production
- Learn to assemble dies, strippers, blankers, and related components using provided training and documentation.
- Apply adhesives, ejection materials, and rubber with guidance from experienced team members.
- Operate production equipment—such as routers, pinsetters, cutters, and gluing tools—after receiving proper training.
- Support die preparation, paperwork verification, and recording time/quantities in the ERP system.
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality; report issues promptly.
Quality & Safety
- Follow all safety policies, including PPE use and safe tool-handling practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in housekeeping routines.
- Perform basic visual and dimensional checks as trained.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to understand job expectations and priorities.
- Ask questions, seek feedback, and participate in training to continuously build skills.
- Support teamwork, cross-training, and collaboration across the production area.
Other Duties
- Assist with material handling, movement of components, and general production support.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet customer and production needs.
Qualifications
No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are:

- Detail-focused and able to follow instructions and training.
- Able to perform basic math and comfortably use measuring tools (training provided).
- Able to use a computer for simple data entry (training provided).
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

- PPE required as appropriate.
