Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Quality Control Lead for our first shift team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys training and guiding others, and thrives in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality control activities for the production floor
• Train, coach, and support team members on quality procedures and best practices
• Conduct inspections of products and materials to verify compliance with standards
• Document quality checks, findings, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to resolve quality issues
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper use of QC tools and equipment
• Assist in developing and improving quality processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Spanish and English-speaking team members
