Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

Job Purpose

The Entry-Level Assembler is responsible for building and testing air filtration units by following work instructions and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Essential Functions

• Safety – Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
• Production Operations – Set up and run basic assembly jobs, follow work instructions, and assist with testing completed assemblies.
• Continuous Improvement – Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving productivity.
• Computer Skills – Accurately clock in/out of jobs, assign serial numbers, and print labels in the ERP system.
• Best Practices – Adhere to company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Additional Duties – Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
