Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience

• Experience with inventory handling, picking, packing, or shipping

• Familiarity with online listings or product documentation is a plus

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and processes

• Comfortable using computers and basic software

• Excellent command of written and reading English

• Ability to conduct basic internet searches

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Receive returned items and properly process put-away

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Perform listing tasks, including:

  • Creating clear and accurate item descriptions

  • Taking product photos for upload to listing platforms

• Maintain an organized and efficient work area

• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines
