Ink Mixing / Forklift Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Permanent Schedule : 

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ink Mixing / Forklift Associate to join an ink preparing and mixing department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a reliable candidate who can work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix paint and ink according to written instructions and formulas

• Lift and move paint buckets and barrels manually or with lifting devices

• Wash and clean containers after use

• Perform order picking using a sit-down forklift or reach truck

• Complete basic data entry, order entry, and order completion on a computer

• Maintain accuracy and quality while working independently

• Follow safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Steel-toed shoes required

• Sit-down forklift experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in a hot, messy industrial environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to lift and handle paint containers with or without assistance
