🏭 Assembly Technician – Durham, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities of an Assembly Tech
- Perform final assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet customer requirements
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Report equipment or material issues to supervisors promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
