Position: MIG Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $19–$21/hr DOE
Job Summary
This entry-level role supports fabrication and on-time production of parts. Responsibilities include MIG welding and grinding panels, fitting and tightening pipes, cutting materials using various machines, and performing basic welder maintenance. The focus is producing high-quality steel parts efficiently and accurately.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Follow all safety procedures
• Measure accurately to 1/16"
• Pass a steel MIG welding test
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Operate saws and cutting machines and select proper materials
• Verify work meets specifications using instructions, drawings, and engineering documents
• Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth assembly operations
• Read and execute blueprints and engineering sketches
• Troubleshoot issues as needed
• Operate welders and replace gas cylinders or parts
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Weld and grind panels per engineering requirements
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute) - 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience - Strong attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Proficiency with hand tools - Abili
