Location: Bloomington, MN Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview

Reputable manufacturer in Bloomington is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly & Packaging Associate to support product preparation for distribution. This role focuses on labeling, packaging, and assembling components with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Label and package products for retail presentation.
• Box completed products into case cartons and apply barcode labels to cartons.
• Use an RF scanner to pick component parts from stock for assembly work orders.
• Operate a label printer to print barcode stickers.
• Follow work instructions to ensure correct labeling, packaging, and product identification.
• Maintain high levels of speed, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse or assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior assembly, packaging, production or warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at a fast pace.
• Comfortable in a productivity-driven environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and label printers is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented work ethic.
