Shift 6:00AM – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday

Position SummaryAssembly Associates operate production equipment, assemble components, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow established procedures and blueprints.

Essential Functions:

Set up and operate equipment, tooling, and controls.

Make gauge adjustments and verify materials against blueprints.

Sort and document scrap; record daily production.

Transport materials and change truck batteries safely.

Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Epoxy-wrap busway components and apply protective catings.

Operate foampacker and hoists.

Assemble devices using blueprints or sketches; modify parts as needed.Inspect, label, pack, and identify finished assemblies.

Process labels and perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.

Report abnormal conditions (heat, vibration, noise, leaks).Maintain housekeeping and follow all plant regulations.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required

Ability to read blueprints and follow procedures

Comfortable using tools and production equipment

Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
