Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Staff Performance Manager to lead and continuously improve our employee performance systems. This role is responsible for managing employee relations at the site – including coaching, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews. This role is to ensure client satisfaction and engagement through superior customer service and develops relationships with supervisors and associates.
