Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday in Carlsbad, CA $19/hr. In this position, you will inspect products for defects, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a smooth production process.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects or irregularities
- Document inspection results clearly and accurately
- Follow established quality procedures and guidelines
- Communicate any quality concerns to supervisors or production staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support production as needed to ensure workflow efficiency
