Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $21 per hour
Type: Temp to Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management systems or ERP software.
Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
Receive, label, and properly store incoming materials with complete documentation and traceability.
Pull, issue, and return materials for production while keeping records accurate and up to date.
Organize and maintain the stockroom/ warehouse to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility.
Update inventory databases with adjustments, transfers, and usage information.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to support material availability.
Investigate inventory variances, damaged materials, or missing items and report findings to management.
Prepare and package materials for distribution.
Assist with inventory forecasting, reorder points, and stock replenishment.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Ability to follow processes, track data, and maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort working with basic computer systems, inventory software, or ERP tools.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs as needed for material handling tasks.
