Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Receive, label, and properly store incoming materials with complete documentation and traceability.
- Pull, issue, and return materials for production while keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom/ warehouse to ensure efficient material flow and accessibility.
- Update inventory databases with adjustments, transfers, and usage information.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to support material availability.
- Investigate inventory variances, damaged materials, or missing items and report findings to management.
- Prepare and package materials for distribution.
- Assist with inventory forecasting, reorder points, and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with basic computer systems, inventory software, or ERP tools.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs as needed for material handling tasks.
