Job Opening: Operator 2

Position: Operator

Pay: $18 per hour

Shift: mornings – 7am-3pm, afternoon shift – 3pm-11pm 

We are looking to fill positions for a growing manufacturing company. The Operator position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

• Set up and operate machinery according to work instructions, safety standards, and production schedules
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on equipment
• Document production counts, downtime, and quality checks
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
