Job Opening: Manufacturing Team Lead

We are hiring a Manufacturing Team Lead in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday

Starting pay: $14.50 per hour 

Weekly pay!

Manufacturing Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily maintenance of their team performance/metric board 
• Maintains team member training responsibilities
• Understands and manages their teams’ quality requirements
• Drives continuous improvement process and initiatives to ensure CI of team metrics 
• Able to use computer and necessary software to fulfill above defined responsibilities 
• Responsible to escalate any interruption to meeting customer demand Performs production responsibilities in times of extreme need 
• Other duties as assigned

Manufacturing Team Lead Requirements:

• Two years manufacturing experience, one-year leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety requirements
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation
• Being able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds when needed
