Location: Belmont MI

Shift: Monday-Friday Afternoon and Night  Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $25.00 -$29.00 an hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team in Belmont, MI. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations on components and assemblies according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or brazing welding operations on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Monitor welding parameters and adjust as needed for optimal results.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any defects or issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred.
• Previous experience in welding within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
